The rental property is a white colonial with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths.
Some features include: large fireplace, washer/dryer, air conditioning,
two dining room tables, plenty of cookware and dinner place settings,
satellite tv. The house is completely furnished. The house has
enough beds to sleep 18 comfortably: 8 singles (one bunk), 3 queens, 1
king and 1 queen pullout sofa. Linens and towels included. The property
has a great view of Stratton mountain ski area and is located a mere 8
miles from the base of Stratton mountain (4 miles to access road).

The kitchen was remodelled in 2004. The cabinets are
maple frames with cherry panels, the floor is a multi-colored Vermont slate
pattern, new appliances, new windows, new lighting, new walls and ceiling,
and a new archway. The only thing that was not replaced was the 60" wide
kitchen sink.
The house is ideal for wedding parties or other large groups.
There is room to park 10 cars in the driveway.
